Terms and Conditions for Cyber's BnB

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Cyber's BnB, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Accepted payment methods include electronic payments. All prices are in Canadian dollars and may vary based on demand.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, illegal activities, or damage to property, may result in eviction without refund.

6. Liability
Cyber's BnB is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on the premises. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend securing travel insurance for added protection.

7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

8. Changes to Terms
Cyber's BnB reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Alberta.
